2.1. Product Accuracy: We strive to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images. However, as jewellery may be handcrafted or contain natural stones, minor variations in weight, color, and size may occur.
2.2. Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2.3. Availability: All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after placing an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
3.1. Contract of Sale: A contract is formed only after we send an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
3.2. Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets through secure payment gateways.
3.3. Payment Security: Payments are processed by third-party gateways (such as Razorpay, Shopflo, etc.). We do not store card or bank details.
4.1. Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days. Customized products may take longer.
4.2. Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
4.3. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Any applicable local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
5.1. Return Policy: Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is received damaged or defective.
5.2. Notification: Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
5.3. Customized Items: Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
5.4. Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6.1. All website content including text, images, logos, and designs are the exclusive property of BSN PROJECTS.
6.2. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written permission.
7.1. BSN PROJECTS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7.2. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
8.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
